Before sending an email, here are some answers to common questions:
Q: When I run the SimFree app, it says "Unlock Unauthorised"
A: Try taking out your SIM card and making sure you are connected to WiFi.
If that does not work, please send us the IMEI that is engraved on the back of your iPhone.
Q: When I run the SimFree app, it says "Unable to download firmware"
A:
Make sure you have Installer on the iPhone (you can use our tutorial if you havent done so already)
Start Installer
Go to Sources
Press Edit on the top right
Then Press Add on the top left
Type http://tinyurl.com/2m38oe and press ok
Press Done and then Refresh
Press Install from the bottom icon menu
Go to "Aussie iPhone Unlock" and install bbReload
Quit Installer and run bbReload from the Home screen
This application only reflashes your Baseband (like what iTunes does) so it does not alter/modify or do anything that iTunes wouldnt have done. Its uses are only for people with Baseband issues. It is not affiliated with our service but its use helps to provide you with a baseband fix.
Q: How do I check what version my iPhone is using?
A: To check your version, dial *3001#12345#* click versions and you should see a version number.
